When Lon and Joanne Dean were called to restart a small country church with a declining congregation, Lon realized existing discipleship resources were often overly complicated for brand-new Christians. After dedicating 15 years to studying church health, he sat down and wrote the exact tool his own new believers needed.
Today, What's Next? by Lon Dean has been used by many churches to ground their people in the faith. Beyond writing, Lon's practical approach to ministry has taken him across three continents, teaching the Setting the Captives Free seminar and equipping pastors to lead healthy, growing congregations.
A straightforward path for new believers.
